Workshop Description:
Let your creative energy flow as Donata guides you through some of the techniques used by Tom Thomson and the Group of Seven to create their iconic, unique view of the Canadian Landscape.
Each day will start with a demo and discussion followed by practice. Your first small painting of Tom Thomson’s Jack Pine will be done together to learn the technique and to get comfortable. The students will then choose the subject of their second painting with a view to applying the learned techniques.
Donata suggests that you choose from the following list (flexibility is always an option)
